LaFern Batie is a business strategist, leadership consultant, corporate trainer, keynote speaker and author of Marketing Brand YOU®: Moving from Chaos to Clarity. As CEO of The Batie Group, LaFern is committed to creating practical, high-impact organizational solutions that help leaders maximize performance and profits. With proven corporate and civic leadership experience, the value LaFern and her team deliver to leaders helps them maximize their potential while delivering clear, tangible outcomes. With corporate accounting, operations and human resources experience, she is a visionary with high business acumen and a commitment to excellence.
Background
LaFern earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Maryland, a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Salisbury University and a leadership certificate from Harvard University.
In addition to extensive executive coach training and certifications, she holds Senior Professional designations in human resources and has been a member of the International Coach Federation and the National Speakers Association.
Anthony Jones
CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER
Anthony E. Jones serves as our client liaison, business development lead and logistics manager. He is committed to providing exceptional experiences for the clients we serve.
Background
Anthony retired from the United States Army after 20 years of distinguished service as a Law Enforcement and Intelligence Professional. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Intelligence Sciences from the National Intelligence University at Bolling Air Force Base in Alexandria, Virginia.
Christine Davis, MBA
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Christine Davis manages administrative operations that are key to our organization’s success. Additionally, she meticulously provides customer service to our clients, vendors and team members.
Background
Christine is a Virtual Administrative and Social Media Specialist. She earned her Masters Degree in Business Administration and Social Media from Southern New Hampshire University. She is also a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success.
